These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the manage.recreo.live CRM platform (the "Service") provided by Recreo ("Recreo Tech", "we", "us", or "our").

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of all applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes.

Payments are processed by Stripe or other payment processors we may designate. By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge all applicable fees to your chosen payment method.
Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel future renewals through your account or by contacting us before the next billing date.
Fees do not include taxes, which may be added where required by law (e.g., VAT, sales tax).

For AI-related requests, certain input data (e.g., chat messages, selected CRM records) may be transmitted to our AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI) to generate responses. We aim to minimize the amount of data sent and configure providers so that your data is not used to train general models, to the extent such configurations are available.
Use of AI is subject to these Terms and to the terms and policies of our AI providers.
The Service, including all software, code, interfaces, designs, logos, trademarks, and related content, is owned by Recreo or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Except for the limited license granted to you under these Terms, you obtain no rights in or to the Service.
You represent and warrant that:
You are solely responsible for Customer Data and any content you or your users submit or generate through the Service.
The Service may integrate or interact with third-party services such as:
Your use of those services may be subject to separate terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services and do not control their availability or practices.
We aim to keep the Service available and running smoothly, but:
We are not liable for any unavailability, suspension, or modification of the Service, except as expressly set out in a separate written agreement with you.
You may stop using the Service at any time and, if applicable, cancel your subscription as described in Section 5. Cancelling a subscription stops future charges but does not automatically entitle you to a refund of any previously paid fees.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability; in such cases, the above limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Recreo, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mexico, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be submitted to the competent courts located in Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
Nothing in this section limits any mandatory protections you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
